The Orders tab of the My Account screen lists current and past tracking hardware orders and OEM vehicle and asset subscription purchases from the Connect Vehicles and AEMP Accounts tabs in My Account. You can access this information in either of the following ways:

In the Main menu, click My Account, and then select the Orders tab.

In the Main menu, click My Account. On the Overview tab, in the Orders section, click All Orders or View Orders.
The Orders screen displays your past and pending orders in the list on the left.
When you select an order in this list, you can see the details for the order in the panel on the right.
The grid columns of the Orders list are:

The order number. |
Order Date |
The date when the order was placed. |
Order Type |
The type of order. Either "Connect Vehicles" or "Device Shipment". "Connect Vehicles" is an order for an OEM vehicle or asset placed through the Connect Vehicles or AEMP Accounts tabs. "Device Shipment" is an order placed through the sales team for aftermarket tracking hardware that will be shipped to you, and that must be installed in your vehicle or asset. |

Applicable when the Order Type is "Connect Vehicle". Shows the number of each type of OEM vehicle or asset in the order. For example, 3 Ford, 2 GM. |
Status |
The status of the order. "In Progress" orders were created using the Connect Vehicles or AEMP Accounts tabs. One or more items in these orders are still being processed and have not yet been added to Fleet. Orders that have a status of "In Progress" for more than a few minutes might be experiencing a processing delay or might require user action. "Units Created" orders were created using the Connect Vehicles or AEMP Accounts tabs. These orders have been processed. The vehicles or assets in the order are visible in Fleet but might not be reporting yet. "Authorized" orders have been created by a service representative. They are for aftermarket tracking hardware. If the order has a courier tracking number, the link "Track your shipment" is shown after "Authorized". Click the link to view the tracking history of the order. |
To filter the Orders list on the left, use the filter drop-down menu in the upper right corner of the Order screen. The options are:

All Orders: Orders that are in progress and that have been completed. This includes OEM vehicle and asset subscription orders, and tracking hardware shipment orders.

In Progress: Only orders that are in progress. If this status is shown for more than a few minutes, there might be an issue processing this order or user action might be required.

Connect Vehicles: Orders for OEM vehicle and asset subscriptions that were placed on the Connect Vehicles or AEMP Accounts tabs

Device Shipment: Orders that were placed through the sales team for aftermarket tracking hardware
You can search the Orders list by entering a keyword in the search box in the upper right corner of the screen.
Click a column header to sort the grid by the column type (sorting is carried out alphabetically, by date, or by numerical order). Hover over any column header, and then click the down arrow to open the sorting and columns menu. Click Columns to open the column picker. Select or clear the check box beside each of the columns listed to show or hide that column in the grid.
Click an order row to view the details of the order in the panel on the right. Each order can contain several items (for example multiple vehicles or tracking hardware items). These are displayed under Order Items.
The upper part of the panel displays:

The order number

The order type

The date the order was created and the date the details or status of the order were last updated (if applicable)

The shipping address (if applicable)
The grid columns of the Order Items list are:

VIN |
The vehicle's unique 17-character Vehicle Identification Number, or chassis number.This column is shown only when viewing an order with the order type "Connect Vehicles". The field is empty for AEMP assets. |
Serial Number |
The serial number of the shipped tracking hardware. For most of the OEM vehicles, the "Serial Number" column shows the VIN. For AEMP assets, the “Serial Number” is automatically retrieved from the AEMP partner. |
Name |
The vehicle's name or tag.For orders with the order type “Device Shipment” this field might be empty. |
Vehicle Model |
The vehicle or asset’s year, make, and model. Only applicable to orders with the order type "Connect Vehicles". |
Item Status |
The status of the item with an icon. If this is a "Connect Vehicles” order, the item status is "Creating Unit", "Unit Created", or "Unit Activated". For orders with an order status of “Device Shipment” the status is "Authorized." The tick icon The clock icon |
You can search the Order Items list by entering a keyword in the search box in the upper right corner of the Order Items list.
