You can watch Integrated Video dashcam recordings on a mobile device equipped with the Integrated Video app, or on your computer from the Video page in Fleet.

To watch a dashcam video recording in the Integrated Video app:

Log into the Integrated Video app on your device. The app opens the Video List, with the ALL tab selected:
The ALL tab shows the following for each video in the list:

The title of the video. This is based on the name of the driver and the types of devices installed on the vehicle, if known.

A Starred favorites icon to the left of the video title. Tap this icon to save the video as a favorite. In future, any video that you save as a favorite using the star icon also appears in the STARRED tab.

The classification of the driving event that was recorded, shown in red, orange, yellow, or green in the top right corner of the preview window. These events are classified as Critical, Major, Moderate, or Minor.

The name of the vehicle driver, if a driver has been assigned.

The coaching status of the recorded event, as indicated by one of four different shield icons. This can be any of the following: Review pending , Coaching needed , Coaching not needed , and Coaching complete .

Trigger labels that show the driving behavior that caused the video to be tagged, for example Tailgating, Hard acceleration, Harsh cornering, and so on, beside a steering wheel icon.

The location (nearest street address) of the vehicle when the event was recorded, and the time and date at the time.

A Camera icon in the bottom right corner of the preview, if the vehicle has a driver-facing camera installed.

Scroll down the list to find a video, or use the filter in the top left corner of the screen to search for a specific video.

Tap the video you want to watch. The replay screen opens, and the full video begins to play:
The replay screen shows:

The selected video playing in a larger video player window. This video shows the speed of the vehicle in the bottom left hand corner, and the posted speed limit at the event location below this. If the vehicle speed is higher than the posted speed limit, both numbers are highlighted with red backgrounds. In the bottom right corner of the video, click the Fullscreen icon to watch the video in fullscreen. When in fullscreen, click the Swap icon to see the video captured by any other cameras, if available.

A visual speed graph of the video showing the exact times within the video that events were detected by the AI system.

The name of the video and a timestamp of the date and time that the event being recorded occurred.

A Download Video button. Click this button to download a copy of the video as a ZIP archive (containing either the video only, or both the video and data about the vehicle) to your device.

An Analysis section showing an AI analysis of the video, detailing the classification of the event and a short assessment of it by the AI software. That is, whether the event could have caused an accident. Beside this summary in the upper right corner is the classification of the driving event that was recorded, shown in red, orange, yellow, or green. These events are classified as Critical, Major, Moderate, or Minor.

A Trigger section showing the driving behavior that caused the video to be tagged, for example Tailgating, Hard acceleration, Harsh cornering, and so on. If the video was requested using Video on Demand, this displays as Requested.

A Driver section showing the name of the driver, if assigned, and their contact details.

A Location section showing a map of the vehicle location at the time of the detected event. Tap the Open on map button to open your map app centered on this location.

An Event Details section where you can see information about the video, such as the number of days remaining until it expires (up to a maximum of 90 days).

An Event activity section where you can tap Add a comment and enter a comment about the video, and see any activities related to the video (for example, when the video was viewed, downloaded, or assessed, the account that performed the activity, and when).

The coaching status of the recorded event in the bottom right corner. Tap the shield button to change coaching status if you have already spoken to the driver, determined the cause of the event, or taken appropriate action. The coaching statuses available to you are Review pending , Coaching needed , Coaching not needed , and Coaching complete . This button is only visible if your account has been configured in Fleet to allow driver coaching, or to see the coaching status of videos.

When a video of unsafe driving behavior is available in the Integrated Video app, you will:

See it in the Video List.
-
Receive a notification. You will continue to receive alerts triggered by harsh driving alongside these, unless you choose to turn them off.

Receive a video alert notifying you when a video of a harsh driving event is classified as Critical, Major, or Moderate.
You can update your video alert policy to choose who is notified.
After reviewing the video footage and event details, you can take any of the following actions:

Update the event’s Coaching status to:
-
Review pending.
-
Coaching needed.
-
Coaching not needed.
-
Coaching complete.
Note
You can only update the coaching status when a driver is assigned.

Add a comment in the Event activity section.
-
Select the star icon to add the video to the Starred tab. This allows you to find important videos quickly.
In the Video > Drivers tab you can select any driver to view their Driver safety profile.
Profile data helps you to identify how this driver can improve driving habits and road safety over time.
Once you have coached a driver, update the event’s Coaching status to Coaching complete.
Note
It is important to assign drivers to vehicles for the coaching feature to be useful. Assignment ensures data consistency for evaluating driver performance.
