Using the Integrated Video App

Downloading dashcam videos in the Integrated Video app

If you do not have the Integrated Video app on your device, see Installing the Integrated Video app.

Video recordings expire after 90 days, and are then automatically deleted. Download video footage to your mobile device if you want to view or share them outside this 90 day window.

To download video recordings in the Integrated Video app:

  1. Open the Integrated Video app and log in with your Verizon Connect credentials.

  2. Scroll through the Video List and tap the video that you want to download. The video opens in a new screen.

  3. Tap Download Video in the playback screen.

    • Tap No data to download the video footage only.

    • Tap With data to download video footage and data containing the vehicle name, the date and time of the recording, and its location.

    The video automatically downloads to your device as either:

    • A ZIP archive containing only MP4 format video files, or;

    • A ZIP archive file containing multiple videos and/or data.
