Once you have installed the Integrated Video app on your mobile device, and your Fleet account has been configured to allow access to Integrated Video, you can log into the app.

If you have forgotten your account password, or you want to change your password, read the Recovering a lost password section below.
To log in to your Integrated Video account on a mobile device:

Open the Integrated Video app on your mobile device.

Tap the Log In button at the bottom of the opening screen. The log in screen opens.

Type your username into the "Username" field. This can be an email address, or a combination of your company's account name and your own username. If you don't know your account credentials, speak to your manager or contact Verizon Connect support.

Type your password into the "Password" field. For security reasons, your password is hidden as you type. To make your password visible, tap the eyeball icon.

Tap the Log In button at the bottom of the screen.

Select the type of account you are using from the Account type drop-down menu. This is either "Reveal" or "Fleet".

Tap Next.

Select your geographic region from the Region drop-down menu.

Tap Next. The video list opens, with the ALL tab selected showing all video recordings available. Scroll down the list and tap an individual video preview to play the video. Any videos that have been saved as favorites, using the Starred icon to the left of the video name, are shown under the STARRED tab. Tap the filter icon in the top left corner to filter the videos shown in the list.

After logging in twice, you are no longer asked for either an "Account type" or a "Region". The app uses your previously-selected choices.
To log out of your Integrated Video account on a mobile device:
If you have forgotten your Integrated Video account password and you need to reset it, or you want to change your existing password, follow the steps below:

Open the Integrated Video app on your mobile device.

Tap the Log In button at the bottom of the opening screen. The log in screen opens.

Tap the Forgot password? link below the "Username" and "Password" fields.

Type your account username (in the form of "account name:username") or email address into the "Email or Username" field.

Tap Email reset link. An email is sent to the email address associated with the account, containing a link to reset your password. Once you have changed your password, you can log into the app.
