Use the settings screen to access the Integrated Video help center and to read the app's privacy policy, and to contact Verizon Connect if you have any problems with, or questions about, the app. You can also use this screen to see the name of the account logged into the app, to log out of the app, and to add new cameras to your vehicle.
To open the settings screen:

Log into the Integrated Video app on your device. The app opens the Video List, with the ALL tab selected:

Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen. The Settings screen opens.
From this screen you can:

Tap the Log Out button to log out of the app.

Tap Add new camera to add a new camera to your vehicle by scanning the barcode provided with the new camera, or by typing in the camera's unique serial number.

Tap Help center to open the Integrated Video help center in your default browser.

Tap Contact us to open the Contact Support page in the Integrated Video help center, containing worldwide email and telephone contact details for Verizon Connect technical support.

Tap Privacy policy to open a copy of Verizon's privacy policy. This document contains information about the types of information we collect, how it is used and shared, and your choices and rights under various regional privacy laws. You can also access this link from the app's initial log in screen.

See the version of the application installed on your device at the bottom of the screen. If you need to contact technical support, you should provide them with this app version number, your account name, and details about the device you are using (model number and operating system version, if you know them).

Tap the arrow in the top left corner to return to the Video List.
