A Fleet admin with access to Admin > Fleet and device list may see the following camera error code: Incorrect DVR assignment. Use this article to resolve the issue.

Check whether the camera is assigned to the correct vehicle. If it is, ignore the error. If not, go to step 2.

Download videos from your SD card as a back up.

Contact Support to unassign and reassign the camera to the correct vehicle. Support requires the following details:

The name of the vehicle (as it appears in Fleet), VIN or tracker ESN

Camera ESN
-
Camera position (driver, passenger, rear or cargo)

Channel number. If you don’t know the channel number, power on the vehicle so Support can find it.

Error code.
