You can watch Integrated Video dashcam recordings on your computer from the Video page in Fleet, or on a mobile device equipped with the Integrated Video app.
To watch a dashcam video recording in Fleet:

From the Main section of the menu bar, click Video to open the Video page. The Events tab opens by default:
The Events tab shows:

Rows of videos that have been tagged by the AI detection system as containing driving event triggers. Each video row shows a thumbnail preview of the video, and the name of the video. Hover your mouse over the video to see an animated preview. If the thumbnail preview shows a Camera icon in the bottom right corner, this indicates that the vehicle has a driver-facing camera installed.

A Starred favorites icon beside the name of each video. You can use this icon to save videos as favorites. In future, any of the videos that you save as a favorite using the star icon will also appear under the Starred tab at the top of the page, as well as in the Events tab.

A Trigger label that shows the driving behavior that caused the video to be tagged, for example Tailgating, Hard acceleration, Harsh cornering, and so on. If the video was requested using Video on Demand, this displays as "Requested".

An Events label that shows any events associated with the video. These include events such as Seat belt unfastened, Posted speed exceeded, Phone distraction, and so on.

The coaching status of the recorded event. These coaching statuses are classified as Review pending , Coaching needed , Coaching not needed , or Coaching complete . Coaching icons and text are only visible if your account has been configured in Fleet to allow driver coaching, or to see the coaching status of videos.

The classification of the driving event that was recorded, shown in red, orange, yellow, or green in the top right corner of the row. These events are classified as Critical, Major, Moderate, or Minor.

Details about the video, including the driver name, the address of the vehicle when the event was recorded, and the time and date at the time.

Click any row to open the video in the replay window:
The replay window shows:

A blue Download Videos button. Click this button to download a copy of the video as a ZIP archive (containing either the video only, or both the video and data about the vehicle) to your computer.

The coaching status of the recorded event. Click the drop-down list to change the coaching status if you have already spoken to the driver, determined the cause of the event, or taken appropriate action. These coaching statuses available to you are Review pending , Coaching needed , Coaching not needed , and Coaching complete . This icon and text are only visible if your account has been configured in Fleet to allow driver coaching, or to see the coaching status of videos.

The time remaining until the video expires and is deleted. Videos are available for a maximum of 90 days, after which time they are automatically deleted.

A Starred favorites icon that you can use to save the video as a favorite, located in the top right corner. In future, any video that you save as a favorite using the star icon will also appear under the Starred tab at the top of the page, as well as in the Events tab.

The selected video playing in a larger video player window. This video shows the speed of the vehicle in the bottom left hand corner, and the posted speed limit at the event location below this. If the vehicle speed is higher than the posted speed limit, both numbers are highlighted with red backgrounds. In the bottom right corner of the video, click the Fullscreen icon to watch the video in fullscreen. When in fullscreen, click the Swap icon to see the video captured by any other cameras, if available.

A secondary driver-facing recording of the event, if the vehicle is equipped with a driver-facing camera. In the bottom right corner of the playing video, click the Fullscreen icon to watch the video in fullscreen. When in fullscreen, click the Swap icon to see video captured by any other cameras, if available.

A map showing the location of the vehicle at the time of the detected event.

A visual speed graph of the video showing the exact times within the video that events were detected by the AI system. Hover your mouse over the timeline to see the speed of the vehicle at each point in the video, and over the speed plot to see the types of events that were triggered.

An AI analysis of the video, detailing the classification of the event and a short assessment of it by the AI software. That is, whether the event could have caused an accident.

The driving behavior trigger that caused the event to be tagged.

A Driver details section that shows the driver's name, their contact details, and the name of the vehicle they were driving. Click View Driver Profile to open a full safety profile of the driver in the Drivers tab, which lists their previous driving events by date and type.

An Event activity section where you can enter a comment about the video, and see any activities related to the video (for example, when the video was viewed, downloaded, or assessed, the account that performed the activity, and its time stamp).

Click the Events link in the top left corner to return to the Events tab of the Video page. Once you have visited a video page, the video's status changes from Unviewed to Viewed.
After reviewing the video footage and event details, you can take any of the following actions:

Update the event’s Coaching status to:
-
Review pending.
-
Coaching needed.
-
Coaching not needed.
-
Coaching complete.
Note
You can only update the coaching status when a driver is assigned.

Add a comment in the Event activity section.

Select the star icon to add the video to the Starred tab. This allows you to find important videos quickly.

Download the video.
In the Video > Drivers tab you can select any driver to view their Driver safety profile.
Profile data helps you to identify how this driver can improve driving habits and road safety over time.
Once you have coached a driver, update the event’s Coaching status to Coaching complete.
Note
It is important to assign drivers to vehicles for the coaching feature to be useful. Assignment ensures data consistency for evaluating driver performance.
