In this article:
Video recordings expire after 90 days, and are then automatically deleted. Download videos to your computer if you want to view or share them outside this 90 day window.
To download video recordings in Fleet:

From the Main section of the menu bar, click Video to open the Video page. The Video page opens with the Events tab selected.

Locate the video you want to download in the list of available videos, or use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the video.

Click the video in the list to open the replay window.

Click the blue Download Videos button at the top of the replay window. The download video dialog box opens. From this dialog box:

Click No data to download the video footage only.

Click With data to download video footage and data containing the vehicle name, the sate and time of the recording, and its location.

The video is prepared and, once processed, can be downloaded to your computer as a ZIP archive.

To download video recordings in the Integrated Video app:

Open the Integrated Video app and log in with your Verizon Connect credentials.

Scroll through the Video List and tap the video that you want to download. The video opens in a new screen.

Tap Download Video in the playback screen.

Tap No data to download the video footage only.

Tap With data to download video footage and data containing the vehicle name, the date and time of the recording, and its location.
The video automatically downloads to your device as either:

A ZIP archive containing only MP4 format video files, or;
-
A ZIP archive file containing multiple videos and/or data.
