Use the filter located at the top of the Events tab to find dashcam videos triggered by unsafe driving behavior.
To search for dashcam videos in Fleet:
-
From the Main section of the menu bar, click Video to open the Video page. The Events tab on this page opens by default, showing the Search tool at the top of the page:
-
Type the name of the vehicle or driver into the Search field. You can also narrow your search by filtering videos by hierarchy node, fleet or team, driver or vehicle name, date range, classification, triggers and events, status, or coaching status. More information about these options is available from the Search filter options section below.
-
Click Apply. The list is filtered to show only videos that match your search criteria. Note that, by default, the list of videos shows only recordings from the past month, and that videos are automatically deleted after 90 days.
-
To reset the filter, choose Clear and then Apply.

Videos are deleted from Fleet after 90 days. Download videos to your computer if you want to view or share them after 90 days.
You can request older videos, but only within timeframes supported by Verizon Connect Data Retention Rules.
Videos are recorded when unsafe driving behavior is detected. If you know an incident occurred, but can’t find a video in the list, select GET VIDEO to perform a search of the camera’s SD card footage and request a video. We’ll access the SD card remotely and email you a video link.
