These updates are designed to improve safety, streamline driver workflows, and provide your fleet managers with even greater insights into their operations. We have some significant changes to WorkPlan HOS, Video Safety, and new alert functionalities that aim to elevate your experience and fleet management capabilities. Read on to find out more.
WorkPlan HOS Updates
CWe've enhanced the HOS application with a new screen to manage unidentified events and carrier edits. This screen automatically appears when your users switch vehicles or exit the app. It allows your drivers to claim unidentified events and respond to carrier edits, improving data accuracy, compliance, and workflow efficiency. This update aims for a more seamless and compliant experience for your drivers.
Another of our HOS enhancements now require your drivers to claim unidentified driving events and review carrier edits before switching vehicles or exiting the application. This streamlines data accuracy, reinforces accountability, and simplifies compliance.
Average Video Safety Score
New enhancements offer your fleet managers flexible driver safety monitoring. They can analyze overall fleet performance or focus on specific driver groups for targeted insights, identifying areas for improvement and effective interventions. We’ve also made some updates to the Video fleet safety overview tab. These updates create a more powerful platform for enhancing fleet safety.
Unfastened Seat Belt Alert
Our Cloud AI now triggers an immediate in-cab audible alert for the "seat belt unfastened" event. This enhancement aims to boost driver safety and consistent seat belt usage, especially during high-risk driving or crashes, by reinforcing the importance of wearing a seat belt and improving overall compliance.
Safety Score and Coaching
We’ve made enhancements to both the Video Safety Score and Coaching Tab. These improvements are a direct result of the comprehensive collection and analysis of additional data, which has enabled the integration of our most advanced AI cloud event triggers. This update provides a more accurate and nuanced understanding of driver behavior and safety performance, allowing for more targeted and effective coaching strategies.
