Video education improvements
The Fleet Help Center articles have been revamped to provide clarity and additional context around how events are classified by the Cloud AI. The Cloud AI classifies videos as Critical, Major, Moderate, or Minor to indicate how urgently you should watch them. Where there are multiple events, the cloud AI classifies the most severe event that occurred.

Video Safety Score Updates
We've significantly enhanced the video driver safety score to provide a more comprehensive assessment of driver behavior. This now includes the detection of critical events such as Solid Line Crossing, Food-in-Hand, and Traffic Light Violation, offering deeper insights into risk factors on the road. These additions aim to further improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the safety scoring system, enabling better identification and coaching opportunities for drivers.
August
New EVC bundle-DVR and 2 Side cameras
In August, we announced a new Extended View Camera bundle featuring a DVR and two side cameras. This enhances driver awareness by expanding the field of view and addressing blind spots. Recordings from the side cameras are automatically triggered during harsh driving incidents. This bundle significantly improves fleet safety and operational efficiency by offering better insights into driving behaviors and aiding risk mitigation.
Integrated Video can now detect Adverse Conditions
The AI Cloud will now automatically detect when the road is covered by snow, ice, or surface water. When these conditions are present, an Adverse Condition tag will be applied to the event. This new feature provides more context for events, helping you better understand and address situations where reduced visibility, additional hazards, and decreased tire traction may affect your drivers.
September
Video Event Classification Update
Integrated Video customers can now update the classification of an event based on their perception of severity for up to 14 days after it occurred. The cloud AI classifies videos as Critical, Major, Moderate, or Minor to indicate how urgently you should watch them.
