Note
When you create breaks on a route, or assign jobs or depots to a route, there are limitations that you must consider regarding the maximum number that can be used on a single route. For more information about these limitations, see the Route and Job Limitations page.
To quickly move a job from one route to another, without first unassigning the job, and then re-assigning to a new route, drag the job to a new route on the Daily Routes List panel, in the Route Timeline panel, or on the map. Jobs can be dragged between the map and panels in any direction:

From the map to a route in the Daily Routes List panel or the Route Timeline panel, or vice versa

To move a job from one route to another using only the map and your mouse:

Find the route containing the job you want to move in the DailyRoutes panel.

Click the View/Hide route on map button
beside the route's name on the Daily Routes panel (or right-click the route's name and select View on map) to display the route on the map. The map zooms and pans to the location of the route, which is also drawn on the map.

Repeat the first two steps, but this time find and display the route that you want to copy the job to rather than from. You now have two route highlights rendered on the map.

Drag the job you want to move from the first route to the second route. In this example, we are dragging to blue job in the upper left corner onto the green route.
Tip
Route stops are only shown when the route is selected, or when you hover your mouse cursor over the route on the map, or over the route in the Route Timeline or Daily Routes panels.
As you drag the job, a pop-up is displayed above the mouse cursor to indicate how many jobs you are moving:
When your mouse cursor is above the second route - the green route in this example - the pop-up message changes to Assign to route:

Release the mouse button and the job is unassigned from its current route and assigned to the new route. This process might take a moment. Both routes are updated to reflect their new job counts and the new routes are redrawn on the map:
The following screenshot shows the routes before moving the job (note job 1 on the blue route, near the top of the screenshot):
The following screenshot shows the routes after moving the job (job 1 on the blue route is now job 4 on the green route):

Find the route that contains the job you want to move in the Route Timeline panel.

Find the route that you want to copy the job to in the Route Timeline panel.

Drag the job from the first route to the second route. If the driving distance from the job you are moving is not too far from the scheduled jobs in the route you are copying to, the route row turns yellow. If the job is too far away from the route, the row turns red and the job cannot be moved. If this happens, you will need to assign the job to a route that passes closer to the job's location, or create a new route for that job.

Move the job left or right within the second route to indicate the position the new job will be assigned in the new route (at the beginning, or at the end, for example).

Release the mouse button. The two routes are updated to reflect their new job counts, and the route the job was copied to is recalculated based on its new job order. In the following screenshot, releasing the mouse moves the job to position 11:

Find the route that contains the job you want to move in the Route Timeline panel or on the Map panel.

Find the route that you want to copy the job to in the Route Timeline panel or on the Map panel.

Drag the job from the first route to the second route.

Move the job left or right within the second route.

Release the mouse button. The two routes are updated to reflect their new job counts. In the following screenshot, releasing the mouse moves the job to position 13:
