Marker activity reports show information about how frequently and for how long each driver or vehicle was at each marker. These reports include both regular and shared markers, with shared markers indicated in the group header.
Note
This report has a reduced row limit of 100,000, when compared with other reports. If the parameters you have selected result in a report that exceeds this limit, the additional rows are not included in the report. To avoid this, try to run the report for fewer units or drivers, or for a shorter time frame.
New markers or changes to existing markers can take up to 24 hours to display in marker activity reports. To view activity at the new or changed markers immediately, see Find Nearest Vehicles (for current activity) or Find Activity (for previous activity).

The options specific to marker activity reports that you can set are as follows:
-
Criterion and Level of Detail: Select the criterion (by driver or vehicle) and the level of detail of the report. Depending on your selection, the columns displayed in the report change.
-
Time Frame Options: The time range and additional specifications for the selected time range.
-
Marker Filter: The markers you are interested in. Your markers are grouped by marker category. If your account includes shared markers, you can select subscriptions, which are groups of shared markers such as fuel stations or rest areas, from a separate list. The report lists only stops at the selected markers, marker categories, or shared marker subscriptions, unless you select all markers.
-
Include Tag Filter: Select the tags for the vehicles you want included in the report. The report will list only those vehicles that are currently assigned all of the selected tags. For example, if you select the “HeavyVehicle” tag, only vehicles that are currently assigned the "HeavyVehicle" tag will be included in the report.
-
Exclude Tag Filter: Select the tags for the vehicles you want excluded from the report. The report will not list any vehicles that are currently assigned any of the selected tags. For example, if you select the “BoomArm” tag, any vehicles that are currently assigned the “BoomArm” tag will be excluded from the report.
-
Fleet or Team: Depending on the criterion selected for the report, you can select which vehicles or drivers to show in the report. Vehicles are grouped by fleet, and drivers are grouped by team.
