Minimum System Requirements

Minimum desktop system requirements are:

  • A desktop screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

  • A broadband Internet connection of 256 kbps.

  • A currently supported Windows operating system, if using a PC.

  • One of the following Internet browsers, with cookies enabled:

    • Chrome - Current or previous release.

    • Firefox - Current or previous release.

    • Safari - Current or previous release.

    • Edge - Current or previous release.

Recommended System

For best performance and results, we recommend:

  • A desktop screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 or more.

  • A broadband Internet connection supporting download speeds of 1 Mbps or more (DSL, cable or faster).

  • The latest Windows operating system, if using a PC.

  • One of the following Internet browsers, with cookies enabled:

    • Chrome - Current release.

    • Firefox - Current release.

    • Safari - Current release.

    • Edge - Current release.

Proxy Servers

If your company uses a proxy server, you need to check the following options:

  • Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections

  • Use HTTP 1.1

Without these settings, the Fleet application cannot send compressed content, which could cause it to operate slowly.
