The Fleet status page shows real-time information about the status of the Fleet platform, and Fleet-related systems (such as the login system, the map, APIs, and mobile apps like WorkPlan and Spotlight). You can also use this page to check for known service outages, to monitor their progress, and to identify scheduled maintenance periods.
Access the status page at https://status.vzconnect.com/. This page does not require an account, or for you to sign in.
The overall health of the Fleet platform is shown on the status page using a simple color-coded bar at the top of the page:

All Systems Operational - Green. The Fleet platform is fully operational.

Major System Outage - Red. The Fleet platform is not operational for all users.

Partial System Outage - Orange. The Fleet platform is failing intermittently or for some users.

Degraded or Partially Degraded System - Yellow. The Fleet platform is not operating normally and might be slower or less responsive than normal.

Service Under Maintenance - Blue. The Fleet platform is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and will resume normal operation as soon as possible.
Individual components that make up the Fleet platform can also be monitored from the status page by scrolling down and then expanding the "Fleet US & APAC" or "Fleet EU" sections.
Note
The maximum number of monitored components per region is currently 24.
Component statuses for the selected region are shown on the status page using simple color-coding:
