You can sign in to Fleet on many different devices, ranging from desktop computers, to tablets and mobile phones. The platform interface you are shown varies according to the device used, but the key steps remain the same for all devices.
To sign in to your account for the first time, as an administrator, follow the link from the Welcome email that we sent to the email address used to sign up to Verizon Connect Fleet. You can create a password to use for the main administrator account. When you have signed in to Fleet, you can create subuser accounts for other users in your organization.
To sign in to your account, as an administrator or subuser:
- Open a web browser on your desktop computer or mobile device, and navigate to https://www.verizonconnect.com. Click the Login button in the upper right corner of the screen, and then select the Login button under the Verizon Connect Fleet section. Alternatively, you can navigate directly to https://login.telogis.com.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select the Remember Username check box if you want the system to remember your username in the future.
- Click Sign In.

You can also sign in using the older username format of "account:username" instead of using an email address. However, you are encouraged to use your email address. |
