The Details tab lets you set the details about the subuser’s access to the account.

The username is the name that identifies the user. The username can be used for signing in, as an alternative to an email address. When editing a user, this field is read-only. The username must be at least four characters long and can contain only letters and numbers, with no spaces. |

Select the check box if the user’s login rights should be disabled. Clear the check box if the user's login should be enabled. |

The full name of the user. |

The user’s email address. This is the email address the user should use for signing in. |

Indicate if the user is one of the drivers listed for this account. Click in the Driver field then select a driver from the drop-down list. This control is only available if your account includes support for linking users to drivers. At the top of the drop-down list is a Filter field that you can use to filter the list of drivers. The drop-down list has two buttons:

The time zone where the user resides. This affects how information about time is displayed for this user. |

The spoken language where the user resides. This affects how the user interface is displayed for this user. This option is not available in all accounts. |

The variant of the spoken language used by the user, for example, United States, British or Australian English. This option is not available in all accounts, or for all languages. |
||
9: |
Select the check box to indicate that the user has administrative rights. Administrators have all the same rights as the main user of the account, including the right to view and edit nodes of the hierarchy that are above the user in the hierarchy. |

10: |
Select the check box to preserve the user's details during import operations, preventing them from being accidentally overwritten or deleted. This option is configured using rights. |

11: |
Select the check box to limit the times when the user can sign in. When selected, additional options are displayed to let you specify the times when the user can sign in. This section is not available if the account has been configured to use User Access Windows.
