The Access Summary tab lets you see what information and rights have been shared with the user.

This page has three tabs:

  • Categories

  • Fleets

  • Teams

Each category, fleet, and team that the user can see is displayed on the appropriate tab, with icons to show how the user was granted rights to this information and what those rights are:

global_icon.png

The category, fleet, or team is public. The subuser's rights are based on the settings in this dialog box.
shared_category_icon.png

The category, fleet, or team has been explicitly shared with the subuser (private sharing).
private_category_icon.png

The category, fleet, or team is private, and belongs to the subuser.
view_rights.png

The subuser has rights to view details about the markers, vehicles, or drivers in this category, fleet, or team.
edit.png

The subuser has rights to edit details about this markers, vehicles, or drivers in this category, fleet, or team.
createdelete.png

The subuser has rights to create or delete markers, vehicles, or drivers in this category, fleet, or team.
