Markers (locations) play an important role in Verizon Connect® Response™. The locations where jobs are located are markers in the Customer category, and the depots where routes begin and end are markers in the HQ category.
To use these special markers with Response, they must be associated with a territory. You can set up this association from the Markers list. Response adds a Set Territory button under Actions at the top of the Markers list:
To associate a territory with one or more markers:
Select the check boxes for the markers you want to associate with the territory.
Click Actions, and then select Set Territory.
Select the required territory from the drop-down menu on the Set Territory dialog box:
The list contains only those territories that you have permission to access. If the territory you want to add is not listed, contact your administrator.
