DVIR Settings

Define which DVIR form templates to display to drivers who are assigned to vehicles associated with this asset type. If you select Use default DVIR form templates, drivers see DVIR forms in Verizon Connect® WorkPlan™ only if the forms have the names "DVIR", "Pre DVIR", or "Post DVIR". If you select Use DVIR form templates selected below, the other controls on this screen become visible and you can select DVIR form templates to associate with this asset type. For the latter option to be supported, your drivers must be using Verizon Connect® WorkPlan™ version 3.6 or later. For more information see Configuring Multiple DVIR Forms. It is recommended that you use the option Use DVIR form templates selected below, if available.

Select the type of DVIR forms you would like to assign to this asset type in the fields Pre DVIR Form Template, Post DVIR Form Template, and On-demand DVIR Form Templates below.

It is recommended that you use the options DVIR or DVIR Third Signature.

Specify the form that drivers see when they sign in to WorkPlan. The form displays if the drivers select, or have been automatically assigned to, a vehicle or equipment specified as being of this asset type. The list of available form templates depends on the Form Type defined above. DVIR forms assigned to asset types are supported in WorkPlan version 3.6 or later.
