February 2021
New Features and Enhancements
- Added the new Driver Wellness form template. This template is used to generate forms for drivers to complete in the WorkPlan mobile app indicating that they are free of illness.
- Added support for Canadian ELD events on the Hours of Service screen's Events tab, and on the Event Details pop-up box.
- Renamed the Canadian hours of service (HOS) rule types from "Canada and 70 hours" and "Canada and 120 hours" to "Canada South and 70 hours" and "Canada South and 120 hours".

- Fixed a bug that could stop links on the Home screen from working in languages other than English.
- Corrected a minor typographical error in a TID/DTC diagnostic input description.
- Corrected a permissions bug that allowed users to see the Markers screen despite not having view rights.
- Fixed a Road Edits fault that could prevent edits to a complete road rather than individual segments from saving correctly.
January 2021
New Features and Enhancements
- Updated the display of ELD event locations that are recorded in Canada.
- Added support for the Romanian and Slovak languages to the TRS registration system used by Iveco customers.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added a new ELD Unidentified Driving Report that uses driving periods instead of events. The legacy ELD Unidentified Driving Report is currently still available.
Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Updated the SAML SSO backend used by the Fleet platform. All existing user interfaces and processes remain unchanged.

Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Fixed an InSight Alerts notifications fault that could stop some types of triggered alerts showing in the inbox.
- Corrected a role rights issue that allowed customers to see items in the main menu that they did not have permission to access.
- Fixed a user interface mistake in the Daily Summary reports interface that showed the label text 'Include Tag Filter' when the option was actually 'Exclude Tag Filter'.
- Fixed a problem that could stop scheduled analytics reports from completing.
- Fixed an issue that could stop routes being sent to drivers from the map routing tool.
- Corrected a fault that could, under some circumstances, cause report requests to trigger a temporary report database failure.
October 2020
New Features and Enhancements
- Added a new "Cookies Settings" button to the User tab of the Settings dialog box. Click this button to manage your default cookie consent settings.
- Updated the behavior of the Unidentified Driving tab on the Hours of Service screen. Distances in both miles and kilometers are now shown as whole numbers, and values below 1 as "< 1".
- Updated the Hours of Service Driver's Daily Log report to support the latest FMCSA 150 mile short-haul exemption.

- Fixed a bug that stopped data being shown under the "Can Use CDL Short-Haul Exemption" drop-down list on the Mobile Defaults tab of the Settings dialog box.
- Fixed an issue that allowed ELD customers to see a tab that should not yet have been visible.
- Corrected a fault that could allow Subuser Details reports to run out of memory when reporting for a large number of subusers (>15,000).
- Fixed a cosmetic fault that resulted in the same items appearing more than once in the Favorites section of the main menu.
- Corrected a problem that could stop the Hours of Service tab opening correctly.
- Fixed a cookie bug that could stop customers logging into Fleet.
- Corrected a cosmetic reporting fault that could incorrectly indicate that every child item in a Hierarchy node had been selected after creating a report.
- Fixed a Vehicles screen fault that caused the "Show Driver" button, available when editing a driver, to open a blank screen.

- Updated several dynamic translation keys to account for upcoming FMCSA ruleset changes.
Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Fixed a fault that could cause "Vehicle Input" column values shown on the Vehicles screen to overlap one another when using the "Large" and "Medium" font and screen scaling settings.
- Corrected a bug that could result in non-English language interfaces displaying US number formatting (that is, not using commas rather than periods as decimal places).
- Fixed a fault that could stop InSight Alerts email notifications, configured from the Setup InSight Alerts screen, from being sent.
- Corrected a Map screen problem that allowed vehicle balloon pop-ups to show a future date as the "Last Update" value.
- Fixed a bug that caused errors to be shown immediately after a report processing operation was started.
- Fixed a fault that stopped some report screens showing date range selectors.
- Fixed a Hierarchy interface problem that stopped the "Add Vehicles" dialog opening from the Vehicles tab.
- Fixed a Hierarchy bug that caused various dialog boxes to stop appearing as expecting when repeatedly adding or removing items (vehicles, drivers etc.) from a node.
- Corrected a bug that could allow the accidental bulk deleting of saved reports.
August 2020

- Fixed a bug in some InSight Alerts and Trip reports that caused metadata names to be shown in the alert type column.
- Fixed a bug that could stop alert messages being shown in the InSight Alerts inbox.
- Corrected an issue that could cause report templates to load slowly.
- Corrected an internal fault that could cause "Out of Memory" errors to be shown when generating reports.
- Fixed a database issue that caused future ELD events to be queried for when they did not yet exist.
- Fixed a fault that could cause the Fleet platform to return "OK" (HTTP status 200) messages prematurely.

New Features and Enhancements
- Improved the formatting of numbers in some reports for countries outside of the US.
- Increased the row limit supported by some custom InSight Alert, IFTA and Mileage analytics report types, allowing them to report over longer timeframes.
Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Corrected an intermittent external services error message in Fleet caused by session timeouts.
- Fixed an InSight Alerts fault that could cause blank alert lists when clicking the "Go to Alerts" button on alert pop-up notifications.
- Fixed a formatting issue in All Faults Reports (DTC) reports when exported in spreadsheet format that caused "Vehicle Year" values to be shown with two unnecessary decimal values (for example "2020.00").
- Fixed a bug that could cause reports to fail if the report's source template had been deleted.
- Corrected a translation bug that stopped expired session warning messages being displayed in Italian when using the Italian language interface.
- Corrected an iframe redirect fault that could cause accounts to trigger more than one session poll request, eventually blocking the connection.
June 2020

- Fixed a problem on the map that stopped the Find nearest vehicle window loading correctly from the Go To dialog box.
- Fixed a Unit Health reports problem that could cause Fleet to use an older analytics generator, and therefore the report to fail.
- Corrected a bug that resulted in Trip reports not displaying the marker used for the End Location.
- Fixed a fault that stopped the "No Signal Timeout" setting on the Parameters tab of the Asset Types screen from taking the vehicle ignition state into account. This could in turn cause an invalid "No Signal" message to be displayed. To prevent this, the default value for this timeout has been increased from 30 minutes to 1440 minutes (24 hours).
- Fixed a bug in some custom report types that caused too much data to be retrieved when generating a report for an entire year.
- Corrected a reporting fault that could stop the report subject from being translated.
May 2020
New Features and Enhancements
- Added support for localized decimal characters -- for example "," rather than "." -- in number fields across the Fleet platform. This change affects InSight Alert, User, Drivers, Vehicles, Trips, and Status Templates screens, as well as all list views.
- Updated several incorrect or missing Italian language translations in the Digital Tachograph screen.
- Removed the "True Currency" satellite imagery layer from the map. This feature is not supported by Fleet's new default satellite imagery provider.

- Fixed a fault that stopped vehicle odometer values from being manually updated.
- Corrected a fault that could stop tabs in the Fleets & Teams screen loading.
- Fixed a problem that caused some special characters to be HTML-encoded in the Add Driver dialog box.
- Fixed a bug that allowed obsolete alert messages to be shown when loading custom report templates from the Manage Reports screen.
- Corrected a fault in report templates that stopped some templates using unique IDs, which in turn prevented these templates being replaced correctly by newer versions.
- Corrected a fault that stopped Marker Activity reports that used multi-year date ranges including the year in CSV, PDF, and HTML output formats. This fix allows you to quickly identify the exact date when running a report across several years.
- Corrected a cosmetic issue in Idle Time reports in tabular output format.
- Corrected a bug in Unit Health reports that showed different vehicle numbers for hierarchy nodes and their parent "Active" nodes when both should be the same.
- Fixed a fault in Mileage by Road Type reports that could cause them to take several hours to complete.
- Fixed a bug in the "Saved & Scheduled" tab of the Manage Reports screen user interface that could display report descriptions under the "Output Format" column.
- Fixed a permissioning problem that could stop some accounts seeing Scorecard reports.
- Removed a bug that could stop roles setting Marker Categories as public on the "Properties" tab, despite the roles having the required pemissions.
April 2020
New Features and Enhancements
- Added support for deep linking to the InSight Alerts Inbox screen in suitably configured accounts.
- Updated the help links displayed in some report pages to reflect the new Zendesk help portal location.
- Improved the speed and performance of the Markers List.
Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Corrected several missing Slovak and Romanian translations in the "Language" dropdown on the User tab of the Settings dialog.
- Corrected a fault that could allow InSight Alerts pop-ups to open without an audible alert.
- Fixed an InSight Alerts bug that could cause alerts to be triggered by vehicles moving within a geofence when the alert was configured only to alert when vehicles were detected outside the geofence.
- Fixed a bug that incorrectly triggered Non-Reporting Unit alerts every two minutes.
- Corrected an error on the InSight Alerts Inbox screen that could stop the 'Severity' value updating to display to current value.
- Fixed a problem that stopped the 'Public' checkbox in the Create Report screen staying selected when moving between screens.

- Improved the speed of filtering operations on the Markers List.
- Updated the "Vehicle" label text shown on the map Driver Details pop-up to "Current Vehicle".
- Removed the unused legacy "Driver Status Event" report type.
Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Fixed a fault in the All Faults (DTC) report that could cause the report to disappear from the Create Reports user interface.
- Corrected a bug that removed new lines from SQL queries when uploading custom report templates.
- Fixed a bug in scheduled report templates that stopped to correct template ID from being saved.
- Corrected a fault in Unit Health reports that could result in incorrect NRU vehicle trends being shown.
- Fixed an error message that could be shown when editing a previously saved report.
- Corrected a bug on the Markers List when viewing a marker at a location without a street number. These markers previously showed a '0' as the street number, rather than correctly showing nothing.
- Fixed a problem on the Markers List that could cause all territories on the left menu to incorrectly show a marker count of '0'.
February 2020
New Features and Enhancements
- Added support for the Romanian and Slovak languages to the platform. These languages can be selected from the User tab of the Settings dialog in suitably-configured accounts.
- Updated the "Help" link under the "Help" section of the main menu. This now points to an updated Zendesk-based help tool.
- Updated the support email shown to EU customers on the "Contact Support" screen to better integrate with Salesforce ticket generation and tracking.
- Updated the top banner logo shown to OEM Hino customers.
- Improved the speed of inSight Alert report filter queries.

- Fixed a timeout fault that caused some large reports to fail when processing for more than 12 minutes.
- Corrected a fault on the InSight Alerts Inbox screen when creating a new alert.
- Fixed a bug that resulted in a system crash when adding vehicles to an empty fleet from the Fleets & Teams screen.
- Corrected an issue that could stop drivers being assigned to vehicles from the Vehicles screen.
- Corrected a problem in the Digital Tachograph screen that allowed vehicles not yet associated with a company to be shown in the vehicle logs menu.
- Fixed a problem that allowed both "Vehicle" and "Driver" pickers to be shown on some older reports, when only the "Vehicle" picker should have been available.
- Fixed a fault that stopped some rights from being saved from the Edit User dialog box.
- Corrected a translation issue that could cause label text on some dialog boxes to be truncated.
- Added several missing translations to UI buttons and dialogs.
- Fixed a fault in the Fleets & Teams screen that caused an error message to be shown when assigning asset types to a fleet.
- Corrected the logic behind the "All Faults (DTC)" report to match the behavior of the previous (non-advanced analytics) version of this report.
- Fixed a bug that could stop subuser accounts being created from the Hierarchy screen.
December 2019
New Features and Enhancements
- Added a new vehicle status of 'Charging' to indicate that an electric vehicle is currently not in motion and actively being charging. This new status, and its corresponding icon, are visible on the map, the Vehicle Details dialog box, and the vehicle history gantt chart or single history tab.

- Fixed a fault in the Map screen's Go To dialog box when searching for extended street addresses that resulted in suggested matches containing only a street name.
- Corrected a fault that stopped uploaded report templates from being recognized by the Create Report screen search bar.
- Fixed a problem that could cause Planned vs Actual reports to contain no data.
- Fixed a bug that could stop scheduled report options being displayed, instead showing an error message

- Fixed a translation fault in the main menu that resulted in an incorrect translation of 'Home' for Italian interface customers.
- Corrected an error message shown when creating Hours of Service Unassigned Miles reports.
- Fixed a bug that caused new accounts to be shown legacy versions of the Trip, Manifest, and Daily Summary reports.
- Corrected a problem that resulted in German History reports displaying both English and German text when exported in Excel format.
- Fixed a bug in Daily Summary reports that caused an 'Unknown Driver' to be shown, despite a driver being assigned.
- Corrected a bug in Driver Details reports that caused the date value shown beside the 'As at' label to show only the day of the month, rather than a full date and time.

- Fixed a fault on the map that stopped custom cluster colors being used when specified.

- Fixed an InSight Alerts screen bug that resulted in alert durations being shown as less than one minute when the duration was either greater than one minute, or unknown.

September 2019
New Features and Enhancements
- Added the new "Only if the light bar is off" check box option to Speeding, Speeding Against Speed Limit, Idle, Switch Diagnostic, Event Diagnostic, and Gauge Diagnostic InSight Alerts. Use this box to prevent these alerts being triggered when the vehicle light bar is on. Only available in suitably configured accounts.
- Added support for allowing mobile users to create new trailers from within WorkPlan if their trailers are not in the trailer list. For information on the settings required, see Allowing Mobile Users to Create Trailers.
- Updated marker behavior when the country containing a new marker is unknown. Previously, these markers defaulted to "USA" as their country location, but now default to "Unknown".
- Updated the default options and rights assigned when given permission to use the Create Report screen. Previously, some of these rights were incorrectly denied when they should have been granted.
- Updated the row limit for Marker Activity reports to a maximum of 100,000 entries.
- Updated the HOS event list that is accessed from the "Hours of Service" screen's Drivers tab to contain only active events.
- Improved filtering performance in the Markers screen by automatically removing non-alphanumeric punctuation items, such as commas and underscores, from filter queries.
- Improved the wording of logs recorded when downloading data using the Digital Tachograph feature.
Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Fixed a reporting fault that caused multiple "Error getting member for report" errors to be shown.
Fixed a formatting bug that allowed text on the vehicle History tab to be cut off when viewed on monitors with low screen resolutions. - Fixed a bug that stopped the "Options" and "Delete" buttons activating on the Custom Templates tab of the Manage Reports screen.
- Corrected a fault that could cause several columns of information in Unit Health reports to be merged into the "VIN" column.
- Fixed a cosmetic issue in HTML format Marker Activity and Manifest reports that caused an extra line to be added to the bottom of these reports.
- Fixed a bug that caused the Markers screen to display an error message, and then an empty white screen, when loading details for a selected marker.
- Corrected a cosmetic fault on the Markers screen that caused an icon to display incorrectly.
- Fixed a bug that stopped email addresses saving correctly on the Properties tab of the Hierarchy screen.
