Bug Fixes / Technical Release Notes
- Added new translation keys to support CPRA-related changes made to reports and the UI.
- Corrected the center alignment of text in the "Category" column of the Vehicles list, causing inconsistent text appearance.
- Fixed a fault that caused an error message to be shown when exporting more than one page of Driver Forms.
- Fixed an internal server error message that could be shown when opening Driver Forms.

- Added a new "Base Marker" column to the "Vehicles" tab on the Maintenance screen, and to the vehicle summary shown in the upper right "Details" panel.
- Updated the behavior of Driver Forms. Previously, the timestamp shown on these forms used the time zone of the account viewing the form. Now, timestamps are generated from the location at which the form was submitted, if a GPS signal was available at the time. If no GPS signal was available, the reader's time zone is used. In either case the time zone being used, and its UTC offset, is included after the timestamp.
- Fixed a device type name error that could be generated by manually polling a vehicle.

- Fixed a fault that resulted in ELD driver accounts not being given driver assignment or public fleet rights when created by an "ELD Support Personnel" account, stopping them from being able to see or assign vehicles in WorkPlan.
- Fixed a bug when creating nearby activity reports from the Map screen (using the "Export" button after searching for a location on the Go To dialog box).
- Corrected a fault that caused an error message to be shown when moving a job to a finished route when a simple message should instead have been shown.

- Corrected a bug in the InSight Alerts Inbox screen filter that could cause both fleet and hierarchy results to be shown when filtering only by fleet.

- Extended the confirmation message shown when editing the structure of the Hierarchy tree (shown when moving or deleting nodes that are not empty, or that have any details specified). A confirmation message is now also shown when making these changes (moving or deleting nodes) using the UI buttons, and when cutting and pasting nodes.
- Updated several translations used for video InSight Alerts (these classifications are now shown as "Minor", "Moderate", "Major", or "Critical").
- Fixed a bug that could cause legacy "History Breadcrumb Details" reports to be empty, with a result of "Completed No Data".
- Corrected an XSLT fault in some Vehicle Maintenance reports that could result in the "Cost Summary" value always being zero.
- Fixed a bug that could stop the tab management contextual menu from correctly closing screens.

- Added a new tab management contextual menu, with the ability to pin and unpin screen tabs. Right-click a screen tab to open the menu and then select the option to pin the tab, refresh the tab, close the tab, close all unpinned tabs, or close all tabs to the right of the tab.
- Added the ability to reorder individual screen tabs by dragging them left or right with your mouse.
- Added greater support for GM electric vehicles. The Vehicles list now includes several new EV-specific columns, including battery range, percentage remaining, economy, state of health, capacity, and more. New EV KPIs have also been added to Scorecards, as triggers for Gauge Diagnostics InSight Alerts, or to be used as data in standard reports.
- Updated the Road Edits system to show edited road segments that are not currently active (based on their effective date ranges) as gray dotted lines on the map. This allows edits that are not currently being enforced to be easily located.
- Fixed an error message that could be shown when HOS driving period data was requested from the database.
- Fixed several missing or incorrect Italian interface translations.
- Fixed a bug that could cause an empty dialog box to be shown when moving or deleting Hierarchy nodes.
- Fixed a problem that stopped a new vehicle using the same name as a previously deleted vehicle.

- Added a new filter to the Drivers tab of the Hours of Service screen. This new tool is used to filter drivers by vehicle group (fleet or Hierarchy node).
- Added a missing translation from a confirmation message shown when deleting saved custom report templates.
- Removed the "Use Dashboard Limits When Available" checkbox from the Speeding reports interface. This option referred to a legacy dashboard that no longer affects the report output.
- Fixed an internal issue that could slow access to Hours of Service driving period data.

- Added a confirmation message shown when editing the structure of the Hierarchy tree with your mouse (when moving or deleting nodes that are not empty, or that have any details specified). Previously, these changes were automatically and silently saved, which could result in accidental changes to the tree structure.
- Added two new columns, "Fleet" and "Hierarchy", to the InSight Alerts Inbox screen and to the screen's grid filter. As part of this addition, columns in this screen that contain sortable data have been updated to include ascending and descending sorting (to sort, hover your mouse over the column heading, then click the downward facing arrow and select either "Sort Ascending" or "Sort Descending").
- Added missing translations to a Hierarchy confirmation message. Previously, this message was shown only in US English regardless of the platform UI language selected.
- Fixed a fault that could cause inaccurate driver location addresses to be shown on some Speeding reports.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added a new filter system to the Unidentified Driving tab on the the Hours of Service screen. Use this tool to filter Unidentified Driving periods based on driver name, vehicle name, distance driven, duration of trip, or trip origin and destination.

- Corrected an error message generated in some report types when using a hierarchy or vehicle picker.

- Fixed a bug that allowed accounts to see an active "Delete" button on the Manage Reports screen that they did not have permission to see or use. Clicking this button resulted in an exception message and did not delete reports.
- Fixed a problem in Mileage Per State reports when filtering (using "Include Tag Filter") on the historical "IFTA" tag. This issue could stop the report generating successfully.
- Fixed a bug that could stop some NRU vehicles from appearing in Unit Health reports for hierarchy nodes.
- Corrected a fault that could generate an error message when loading Driver Forms.
- Fixed a bug that could cause a driver using the Hours of Service system to be incorrectly recorded with a status of "Driving" for several days if their assigned vehicle had been started but did not move.
- Fixed a bug that could cause timeouts when adding a vehicle to the map's history layer.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added support for the Hungarian language to the user interface. This setting can be configured from the User section of the Settings dialog box in accounts with suitable permissions.
- Removed the "HasUnidentifiedDrivingPeriod" feature option for customer accounts that include support for ELD, as it is no longer required. This internal change does not impact customer-facing ELD features.

- Fixed an error message that could be shown when using TDE to request deleted Fleet accounts that had been restored at some point in the past, and then later deleted again.

- Corrected an SSO fault that could stop the IDP user name being returned in some endpoint calls.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added the new "ECM Failure" diagnostics value for suitably configured accounts. This value indicates whether a unit has detected an issue communicating with the vehicle's ECM.

- Fixed a bug that could give accounts without sufficient role rights the ability to access HOS Events.
- Fixed a bug in Sensor reports when using the marker category picker. This issue was resolved by removing the picker.
- Fixed an error shown when attemtping to change a Marker Category owner's permissions.

- Added support for Canadian ELD regulations for CMV drivers operating in Canada. The functionality is currently being evaluated by the certification authority, and we will let you know as soon as the certification has been received.
- Added the new "Average Fuel Economy (Electric)" EV diagnostics value for suitably configured Iveco accounts.
- Updated and expanded the translation coverage of all languages supported in the Fleet user interface.
- Updated the Road Edits system to highlight roads on the map that have been closed in any direction in red.

- Fixed an error message that could be shown when generating PvA Summary reports.
- Corrected several faults in the Road Edits system that could prevent previously closed roads from being set to "Open", and that could stop trucks being allowed to travel along road segments previously prohibited to them.
- Corrected a fault that could stop Road Edits from appearing on the map, and that could cause an error message to be shown.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added a new alcolock custom report to accounts with a suitable subscription. This report type expires two days after its creation.
- Added a "Deferral time" value to the HOS Driver's Daily Log report for accounts with support for Canadian ELD. This value indicates the time that a driver's Off Duty deferral was initiated.
- Updated unidentified drivers behavior on the Events tab. Unidentified engine power events and diagnostic events can no longer be claimed in order to comply with Canadian ELD regulations.

- Fixed a bug when saving some scheduled Hierarchy reports with an excluded tag that could cause the selected node to be lost.
- Updated the ID values used to generate three trip KPIs for electric vehicles (Drive Motor Energy Used, Drive Motor Energy Generated, Auxiliary Electrical Energy Used).

- Fixed a cosmetic bug that stopped the "Time Remaining" column on the Hours of Service screen showing text labels when displaying driver data acquired under the Canada North rule.
- Corrected an error message shown on the Hours of Service screen, caused by a missing string value.
- Fixed a bug that caused deferral dates to be shown on HOS daily log reports generated from the Hours of Service screen, but not the time of the deferral.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added the new Driver Wellness form template. This template is used to generate forms for drivers to complete in the WorkPlan mobile app indicating that they are free of illness.
- Added support for Canadian ELD events on the Hours of Service screen's Events tab, and on the Event Details pop-up box.
- Renamed the Canadian hours of service (HOS) rule types from "Canada and 70 hours" and "Canada and 120 hours" to "Canada South and 70 hours" and "Canada South and 120 hours".

- Fixed an InSight Alerts notifications fault that could stop some types of triggered alerts showing in the inbox.
- Corrected a role rights issue that allowed customers to see items in the main menu that they did not have permission to access.
- Fixed a user interface mistake in the Daily Summary reports interface that showed the label text "Include Tag Filter" when the option was actually "Exclude Tag Filter".
- Fixed a problem that could stop scheduled analytics reports from completing.
- Fixed an issue that could stop routes being sent to drivers from the map routing tool.
- Corrected a fault that could, under some circumstances, cause report requests to trigger a temporary report database failure.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added a new "Cookies Settings" button to the User tab of the Settings dialog box. Click this button to manage your default cookie consent settings.
- Updated the behavior of the Unidentified Driving tab on the Hours of Service screen. Distances in both miles and kilometers are now shown as whole numbers, and values below 1 as "< 1".
- Updated the Hours of Service Driver's Daily Log report to support the latest FMCSA 150 mile short-haul exemption.

- Fixed a bug that stopped data being shown under the "Can Use CDL Short-Haul Exemption" drop-down list on the Mobile Defaults tab of the Settings dialog box.

- Improved the formatting of numbers in some reports for countries outside of the US.
- Increased the row limit supported by some custom InSight Alert, IFTA and Mileage analytics report types, allowing them to report over longer timeframes.

- Corrected an intermittent external services error message in Fleet caused by session timeouts.
- Fixed an InSight Alerts fault that could cause blank alert lists when clicking the "Go to Alerts" button on alert pop-up notifications.
- Fixed a formatting issue in All Faults Reports (DTC) reports when exported in spreadsheet format that caused "Vehicle Year" values to be shown with two unnecessary decimal values (for example "2020.00").
- Fixed a bug that could cause reports to fail if the report's source template had been deleted.
- Corrected a translation bug that stopped expired session warning messages being displayed in Italian when using the Italian language interface.
- Corrected an iframe redirect fault that could cause accounts to trigger more than one session poll request, eventually blocking the connection.

- Fixed a problem on the map that stopped the Find nearest vehicle window loading correctly from the Go To dialog box.
- Fixed a Unit Health reports problem that could cause Fleet to use an older analytics generator, and therefore the report to fail.
- Corrected a bug that resulted in Trip reports not displaying the marker used for the End Location.
- Fixed a fault that stopped the "No Signal Timeout" setting on the Parameters tab of the Asset Types screen from taking the vehicle ignition state into account. This could in turn cause an invalid "No Signal" message to be displayed. To prevent this, the default value for this timeout has been increased from 30 minutes to 1440 minutes (24 hours).
- Fixed a bug in some custom report types that caused too much data to be retrieved when generating a report for an entire year.
- Corrected a reporting fault that could stop the report subject from being translated.

New Features and Enhancements
- Added support for localized decimal characters -- for example "," rather than "." -- in number fields across the Fleet platform. This change affects InSight Alert, User, Drivers, Vehicles, Trips, and Status Templates screens, as well as all list views.
- Updated several incorrect or missing Italian language translations in the Digital Tachograph screen.
- Removed the "True Currency" satellite imagery layer from the map. This feature is not supported by Fleet's new default satellite imagery provider.

- Fixed a fault that stopped vehicle odometer values from being manually updated.
- Corrected a fault that could stop tabs in the Fleets & Teams screen loading.
- Fixed a problem that caused some special characters to be HTML-encoded in the Add Driver dialog box.
- Fixed a bug that allowed obsolete alert messages to be shown when loading custom report templates from the Manage Reports screen.
- Corrected a fault in report templates that stopped some templates using unique IDs, which in turn prevented these templates being replaced correctly by newer versions.
- Corrected a fault that stopped Marker Activity reports that used multi-year date ranges including the year in CSV, PDF, and HTML output formats. This fix allows you to quickly identify the exact date when running a report across several years.
- Corrected a cosmetic issue in Idle Time reports in tabular output format.
- Corrected a bug in Unit Health reports that showed different vehicle numbers for hierarchy nodes and their parent "Active" nodes when both should be the same.
- Fixed a fault in Mileage by Road Type reports that could cause them to take several hours to complete.
- Fixed a bug in the "Saved & Scheduled" tab of the Manage Reports screen user interface that could display report descriptions under the "Output Format" column.
- Fixed a permissioning problem that could stop some accounts seeing Scorecard reports.
- Removed a bug that could stop roles setting Marker Categories as public on the "Properties" tab, despite the roles having the required pemissions.

- Added support for deep linking to the InSight Alerts Inbox screen in suitably configured accounts.
- Updated the help links displayed in some report pages to reflect the new Zendesk help portal location.

- Corrected several missing Slovak and Romanian translations in the "Language" dropdown on the User tab of the Settings dialog.
- Corrected a fault that could allow InSight Alerts pop-ups to open without an audible alert.
- Fixed an InSight Alerts bug that could cause alerts to be triggered by vehicles moving within a geofence when the alert was configured only to alert when vehicles were detected outside the geofence.
- Fixed a bug that incorrectly triggered Non-Reporting Unit alerts every two minutes.
- Corrected an error on the InSight Alerts Inbox screen that could stop the "Severity" value updating to display to current value.
- Fixed a problem that stopped the "Public" checkbox in the Create Report screen staying selected when moving between screens.

- Corrected a bug on the Markers List when viewing a marker at a location without a street number. These markers previously showed a "0" as the street number, rather than correctly showing nothing.
- Fixed a problem on the Markers List that could cause all territories on the left menu to incorrectly show a marker count of "0".

- Added support for the Romanian and Slovak languages to the platform. These languages can be selected from the User tab of the Settings dialog in suitably-configured accounts.
- Updated the "Help" link under the "Help" section of the main menu. This now points to an updated Zendesk-based help tool.
- Updated the support email shown to EU customers on the "Contact Support" screen to better integrate with Salesforce ticket generation and tracking.
- Updated the top banner logo shown to OEM Hino customers.
- Improved the speed of inSight Alert report filter queries.

- Fixed a bug that could stop subuser accounts being created from the Hierarchy screen.
