If you have a Ford FIN code, you should use it when purchasing your vehicle. Doing so automatically adds the vehicle to your Ford Marketplace account and means you will not need to complete the steps below. FIN codes are provided by Ford only to larger customers who meet certain requirements. See the Ford U.S. Fleet Eligibility Requirements for more information.
Connecting a Ford OEM vehicle is a two-step process:

Add your vehicle to your Fleet account using its VIN. Read Where can I find the vehicle identification number (VIN)? if you need help finding your VIN.

If you have an available subscription you can use the Install Hardware feature in My Account.

If you require a new subscription you can get this through the Connect Vehicles feature in My Account. Alternatively, you can contact your CSM.

Go to the Ford Marketplace and give consent for Ford to share your data with Verizon Connect.

Select your vehicle, or select multiple vehicles by using the "Bulk Actions" option.

From the "Edit Vehicle" screen click the Add Consent button.

Select "Verizon Connect" from the list of providers.

Note
Ensure that Auto-Consent is enabled in your Ford Marketplace account. Doing this allows all vehicles added in future to be consented automatically to Verizon Connect.
