Viewing Vehicle Information

The Vehicles tab shows Vehicle Logs, which you can select from the list on the left.

Viewing Vehicle Logs

When you select one of the filters under Vehicle Logs, you can view information about your vehicles' logs.

The table shows the following information:

Vehicle	The vehicle's name. To view a vehicle's details, click the name in the grid to open the Edit Vehicle details dialog box.
Last Sync	The date when the vehicle's latest log was automatically synchronized between the digital tachograph unit and the platform.
Next Sync Due	The date when the vehicle's next log is scheduled to automatically synchronize between the digital tachograph unit and the platform. Regular synchronization is required to remain compliant.
Status	The status of the current vehicle log. Can be "Available", "Overdue", or "Sync in progress". Overdue logs are those that failed to synchronize by the required date.
Notes	Notes for this vehicle's log from the digital tachograph unit.
	Click the "View Logs" link to manually synchronize or download the vehicle's log.

The Vehicle Logs dialog box displays information about the current synchronization status, and a list of logs.

If the current log's status is "Overdue", you can click the Sync now link to manually synchronize the log for this vehicle.

The table includes an entry for each log. Click Download to save a particular log to your computer.
