The Hardware Check screen helps you to diagnose your GPS tracking units. From the Tasks section of the navigation bar choose Hardware Check to open the screen.
When you first open this screen, it shows a list of all the fleets for your account:

Select which type of information you want to examine. You can choose to View Units (view information about the vehicle, such as driver or the last data was received) or GPS/IGN (view information about the quality of GPS signals and if the ignition was on).

Click Go to fetch the information for each unit in the fleet.

The detailed information you request appears on the Units tab.

Columns of information about the fleets include:

Name: The name of the fleet

Fleet ID: The internal ID for the fleet

Customer ID: The internal ID for your account

User ID: The internal ID for your user login
