The notes page is a single area where you can view or edit free-form notes about the vehicle. To edit the notes, click in the body of the page and start typing.

Many of the territories that Verizon Connect operates within have strong legislative frameworks that specify customer rights to view and delete personally identifiable information (such as name, contact details, home address, geolocations visited). If a privacy request is lodged with Verizon Connect for this information, we provide data retrieved from specific database fields, such as name, email and physical address, phone number, driver’s license number, and so on. If you choose to include personally identifiable information in fields that have not been designated for personal information, such as adding a name and contact number within generic "notes" fields, this data is not included in these privacy request documents. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you restrict the entry of personal information only to appropriate fields.
