Verizon Connect mobile software might load and operate normally on Android or iOS operating system versions that are older than those described below, or on hardware with lower specifications than indicated as the minimum required. However, compatibility with older operating systems or hardware has not been tested and is not officially supported.
Navigation is supported on most mobile phones or tablets running Android or iOS.
For Android, we support the current version, as well as the three immediately prior versions. As of February 2022, we support Android versions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12.
For iOS, we support the current version, as well as the three immediately prior versions. As of February 2022, we support iOS versions 12, 13, 14, and 15.
