When you purchase a new International Truck, you are automatically opted in to data sharing. This is completed on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. Opting in gives Navistar permission to collect and share vehicle data with a partner or third party, such as Verizon Connect.
You need to add your vehicle to your Fleet account to activate data sharing between Fleet and your vehicle. Once connected, vehicle data is displayed in Fleet.
The following table illustrates the recommended approach for opting in or out, depending on your circumstances:
You have bought a new International Truck |
You bought a new International Truck in the past and now you want to update your data sharing status |
You bought a second-hand International Truck and are unsure of its data sharing status |
