Hiding Vehicle Speed Information

In some countries, employers are legally prohibited from monitoring the speed at which their employees drive. To support these requirements, we have added functionality in Verizon Connect Fleet to conceal all vehicle speed information within the user interface (UI), and from reports, when requested.

How do I hide all vehicle speed information in the Fleet UI?

Contact your Verizon Connect success manager or Verizon Connect support. Once your account settings have been updated, all of the vehicle speed information normally shown in the Fleet UI will be removed.

Where in the Fleet UI is vehicle speed information no longer visible?

If your account has been updated to conceal vehicle speeds, vehicle speed information is hidden from all locations in the Fleet UI where it was previously shown. This includes dashboards, reports, tables, and the map.
