This page summarizes the key differences you will see in your Verizon Connect mobile app screens, and in the behavior of your mobile apps, after you transition from Hours of Service 2 to Hours of Service 2.

Note
In Hours of Service 3, Sign In and Sign Out no longer automatically place the driver into 'On Duty' or 'Off Duty' status. Drivers must manually select a new status at the start and end of their shift.
