The routing settings are used by Navigation to make routing decisions. They can be set globally for all subusers or, in some cases, the drivers can override them in the app. To be able to override the routing behavior, drivers must have permissions. Permissions are set on the Mobile Defaults tab within the Settings dialog box or on the Verizon Connect Mobile tab within the Drivers dialog box, using the setting Allow Driver Override of Routing Behavior.
To change the routing settings globally for all subuser accounts:
-
Click the signed-in account name in the upper right corner of the platform interface to open the settings menu.
-
Click Settings. The Settings dialog box opens.
-
Select the Routing Defaults tab:
-
Change the routing settings below.
-
Click Save.
