The Report Options Dialog Box

From the Reports section of the navigation bar choose Manage Reports screen > Saved & Scheduled tab > Options > "Report Options".

From the Reports section of the navigation bar choose Manage Reports screen > Custom Templates tab > Run button.

Create a new built-in report.
