Verizon Connect mobile software might load and operate normally on Android or iOS operating system versions that are older than those described in the Verizon Connect mobile operating system support page, or on hardware with lower specifications than that indicated as the minimum required. However, compatibility with older operating systems or hardware has not been tested and is not officially supported.
