To add a node to the hierarchy:

From the Tasks section of the navigation bar choose Hierarchy. The Hierarchy screen opens.

Select a node in the hierarchy tree to be the parent of the new node.

Click Add
in the hierarchy panel toolbar.

Enter a name for the new node.

Click Save
to save your changes.
