To delete a driver:
- From the Main section of the navigation bar choose Drivers to open the Drivers screen.
- Select the check box next to the driver you want to delete from your account. You cannot delete more than one driver at a time.
- Click Delete
at the top of the drivers list.
- If you have an ELD subscription, the "Delete this driver and their HOS logs?" dialog opens.
Select the three check boxes to indicate you understand that: - The driver is being permanently deleted from the system, and that this action cannot be undone.
- You must download six months of HOS log reports for this driver, as these will also be deleted and cannot be regenerated.
- The deleted driver will not appear in any new reports created after they have been deleted.
- If you do not have an ELD subscription, the "Delete this driver?" dialog opens.
Select the two check boxes to indicate you understand that: - The driver is being permanently deleted from the system, and that this action cannot be undone.
- The deleted driver will not appear in any new reports created after they have been deleted.
- Click Delete Driver. The selected driver is permanently deleted and, if present, their drivers HOS logs.
