Download Videos from Fleet
Video recordings expire after 90 days. You can download videos to your computer if you want to view or share them after the 90 days is up.
How to download videos
- Open the video from the Video List or a notification.
- Select DOWNLOAD VIDEO.
- Select No data to download the video footage only.
- Select With data to download video footage displaying the:
- vehicle name
- address
- date and time.
- The video automatically downloads to your computer as:
- an MP4 file (single videos without data), or
- one zipped file containing multiple videos and/or data.
Download Videos from the Integrated Video app
Video recordings expire after 90 days. You can download video footage to your mobile device if you want to view or share them after the 90 days is up. If you want video footage to display the vehicle name, location, date and time, download videos to your computer instead.
Videos download to your device's Photo Library (iOS) or Photo Gallery (Android). You might need to give the Integrated Video app permission to access your photos by adjusting your device's settings.
How to download videos from a road camera
- Open the video from the Video List or a notification.
- Tap DOWNLOAD VIDEO. The video file (MP4) downloads to your device's Photo Library (iOS) or Photo Gallery (Android).
How to download videos from both road and driver cameras
- Open the video from the Video List or a notification.
- Tap DOWNLOAD VIDEO.
- If you choose Separate videos, tap PREPARE VIDEOS.
- If you choose Combined video, tap GENERATE VIDEO. This process can take a few minutes. Tap the notification or DOWNLOAD VIDEO.
- One video (MP4) downloads to your device’s Photo Library (iOS) or Photo Gallery (Android).
