Verizon Connect® Response™ is not a stand-alone product. Rather, it is designed to work in close coordination with other Verizon Connect products. When you buy Verizon Connect® Response™, you get:
- Dynamic Response Suite Data: Information about your scheduled jobs and their status is maintained automatically, and available not just to Verizon Connect® Response™, but also to other related products such as Verizon Connect® Fleet™ (or compatible telematics SAAS) and Verizon Connect® Mobile™ products such as Verizon Connect® WorkPlan™.
- Job Monitor: The Job Monitor runs automatically, tracking the real-time workings of field staff and comparing it to your scheduled jobs in order to track the status of those jobs.
- Dynamic Response Suite UI: The user interface for Verizon Connect® Response™ is tightly integrated into the Verizon Connect® Fleet™ telematics SaaS or compatible fleet management package. Rather than a self-contained user interface, Verizon Connect® Response™ augments your telematics package with a set of new screens and with alterations to existing screens that provide information about your scheduled jobs.
