Update the Navigation by Verizon Connect mobile app installed on your drivers' devices to take advantage of the new features, enhancements, and bug fixes described below.

Fixed a bug that prevented the ability to pinch zoom.

Resolved an issue that caused French directions to be displayed in English.

Fixed an issue for some customers that was caused by incorrect vehicle dimensions being entered.

Made the Fleet Fuel Plan Service add-on available. This paid-for subscription lets you upload fuel stations as markers to Fleet. You can then manage your fuel network, and drivers can find authorized stations in Navigation.

Increased the time that lapses between spoken direction announcements when in 'Guidance' view.

Improved the announcements of exit information for highways. The spoken directions now tell you the highway number as well as the highway name.

Removed the 'View More Categories' button from the 'Search' screen. The 'Your categories' list (markers) and the 'Categories' list (points of interest) are now presented as a combined 'Categories' list. The new list is divided into two sublists named 'Your Fleet' (markers) and 'Default' (points of interest).

Extended the Navigation API so that hazardous material codes from integrated apps (such as WorkPlan and Field) are accepted.

Android devices only: Added a 64-bit native library to Navigation so that the application meets Google’s 64-bit requirement for Android apps.

Improved access to feedback menus on Guidance View, making it easier to submit general and route feedback.

Added 'Last Mile' satellite view as an option on the 'Settings' > 'General' screen. If enabled, the map changes to satellite view when you are a certain distance from your destination (the default value is one mile).

Made changes to the 'Route Overview' screen to improve workflow. These changes include a link to the 'Settings' screen, a larger 'Navigation' icon, and the ability to search for a new destination.

Significantly reduced offboard route generation time for long routes.

Added Route Feedback to the 'Arrival' view, so you can now give feedback on your navigation experience on arrival at your destination.

Removed the Satisfaction Survey for iOS devices.

Improved the screen duration and accuracy of Junction View, and implemented it with Offboard Routes. Map data no longer needs to be downloaded for Junction View to work.

Added a new setting called 'Current Speed and Limit Display Always On' on the 'Settings' > 'General' screen. When this setting is set to 'On', the current speed limit and the current speed are always displayed on Guidance and FollowMe views. When set to 'Off', the current speed limit and current speed are displayed on those views only when you exceed the speed limit. This feature is set to 'Off' by default.

Improved highway exit information. When in Guidance view, highway numbers and names are now displayed, instead of just the names; for example, 'Hwy-401 / Hwy of Heroes' rather than 'Highway of Heroes'.

The Navigation user interface, including spoken directions, is now available in German and French. You can change your preferred language on the 'Settings' > 'General' screen.

Corrected a fault that prevented markers that used Access Paths from being regarded as valid, which in turn caused routes that included these markers to fail.

Added the 'Last Mile to Marker' feature that gives drivers verbal and on-screen information, such as access paths and arrival notes, when arriving at and departing from their destination.

The map's auto-zoom functionality, which was introduced in a previous release and was set to 'Off' by default, is now set to 'On' by default.

The 'Color Turn Notifications' setting has been renamed to 'Enhanced Turn Notifications', and now includes a 'blinking and clicking' feature for the 'Turn' icon. When 'Enhanced Turn Notifications' are enabled, and the driver is less than 400 meters from their next maneuver, the 'Turn' icon blinks and a clicking sound is repeated at regular intervals (if the driver's device is not muted). Note that this feature may not work as expected for some LG models.
